Digital Product Delivery
karolopes.com sells digital products: virtual activation codes that allow the Buyer to receive an in-game cosmetic item, accessory, avatar appearance item or avatar face item after activation.
No physical delivery is provided. The product is delivered only in digital form.
1. Delivery MethodAfter payment confirmation, the digital code is delivered to the Buyer by one of the following methods:
- to the e-mail address provided during checkout;
- through the personal account on the website, if this feature is available;
- through Telegram, WhatsApp or another contact provided by the Buyer during checkout;
- by another digital method agreed with the Buyer through customer support.
The Seller delivers the product only to the Buyer’s contact details provided during checkout.
Placing an order as a gift, specifying a third party as the recipient, or delivering the product to a third party is not available.
2. Delivery TimeThe standard delivery time for a digital product is up to 48 hours from the moment the payment is confirmed.
Some products may be delivered faster, including automatically or on an expedited basis, if this option is specified on the product page.
If the product is marked as Momentum, the digital product is delivered on an expedited basis after payment confirmation and order processing.
3. When the Order Is Considered DeliveredThe order is considered delivered from the moment the digital code is sent to the Buyer using one of the delivery methods specified above.
The Buyer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the e-mail address, Telegram, WhatsApp or other contact details before completing the payment.
If the Buyer provides incorrect contact details, the Seller is not responsible for any delivery delay. In such case, the Buyer must contact customer support and provide the information required to identify the order.
4. Order VerificationTo protect the Buyer and the Seller and to prevent fraudulent transactions, the order may be temporarily suspended for additional verification.
Additional verification may be required if:
- the payment appears suspicious;
- the contact details are incorrect;
- the order has an unusual amount or quantity of products;
- the payment shows signs of unauthorized use of a payment method;
- the payment provider or bank requests additional verification.
As part of the verification process, the Seller may request additional confirmation of the order from the Buyer.
The Seller does not request full bank card details, CVV/CVC codes, passwords, SMS codes or access details for any banking application.
5. Digital Product SpecificsThe digital code is one-time use only. After the code is activated on the third-party gaming platform, repeated activation is not possible.
Before purchase, the Buyer must independently make sure that the selected product is suitable for their account, region, device and the terms of the third-party gaming platform.
The Seller is not an official representative, partner or affiliate of Roblox Corporation or any other third-party gaming platform, unless expressly stated otherwise on the website.
6. If the Code Was Not ReceivedIf the digital code has not been received within 48 hours after payment, the Buyer must contact customer support and provide:
- the order number;
- the e-mail address or contact provided during checkout;
- the payment date and amount;
- the name of the purchased product.
Customer support will check the order and provide information about the delivery status.
7. Customer Support ContactsFor questions related to digital product delivery, the Buyer may contact customer support using the contact details specified on the website.
Customer support responds during the business hours specified in the Seller’s company details section.
